Tell us what you need. We check your coverage while you are on the phone and book you a time — often the same day.

Bring your Medi-Cal or plan card and your medications, or a list of them. If something is missing, come anyway and we will work it out.

How do I schedule an appointment?
Call our office at (559) 424-0610 and we will find a time that works for you — often the same day. Our front desk books every appointment by phone, so there is no form to fill out. New patients are always welcome.
Do you accept my insurance?
We work with most major insurance plans including Medicare and Medi-Cal. Call us to verify your coverage before your visit.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring your insurance card, a photo ID, a list of current medications, and any recent medical records from other providers.
Are new patients welcome?

Do you have Spanish-speaking staff?
